But, this area of all places is well known for those money bags and so called leaders of society are all above the laws for the common citizen…
On May 21, 2015, the magazine In Touch Weekly reported that Jim Bob Duggar had reported to Arkansas State Police that, in 2002, Josh, a minor at the time, had molested five underage girls.
The first victim told Jim Bob about the abuse in March 2002. He had fondled her breasts and genitals while she was sleeping. Josh admitted to his father that this allegation was true in July 2002. In March 2003, Jim Bob found out about additional incidents and other victims. Jim Bob told police that he had enrolled Josh in a program consisting of physical labor and counseling after consulting with his church’s leadership. Michelle later revealed that Josh had been sent to stay away from home to work for a family friend in the home remodeling business. Upon Josh’s return home, Jim Bob brought Josh to Arkansas State Trooper Jim Hutchens, an acquaintance. Hutchens did not take any official action but reportedly gave Josh a “stern talk”. With Hutchens’ later arrest and convictions on child pornography charges, the case went inactive.
The Duggars’ first TV special, 14 Children and Pregnant Again!, aired in 2005 and they were scheduled to appear on The Oprah Winfrey Show in 2006. An anonymous source emailed Harpo Studios revealing Josh’s past sexual misconduct. The producers alerted the Department of Human Services and the Springdale Police Department began investigating. In December 2006, Springdale Police asked to speak with Josh. Jim Bob “attempted to hire a lawyer and refused to produce his son for questioning.” By the time of the 2006 investigation took place, the three-year statute of limitations had run out and no charges were filed. After the initial reporting on the redacted police report, an unidentified victim requested that any remaining products of the investigation be destroyed. Judge Stacey Zimmerman granted that request and the original report was expunged.
Duggar resigned his position at The Family Research Council on May 21, after his history of sexual misconduct as a child became public from the magazine report. Duggar publicly admitted that he “acted inexcusably” as a teen and said he was “deeply sorry” for what he called his wrongdoings. In response to Duggar’s resignation, FRC president Tony Perkins stated “Josh believes that the situation will make it difficult for him to be effective in his current work.”

Unless new accursers come forward. That is the question, will there be abyone else coming forth since this has destroyed not just a family, but also many people involved. Why was this all of a sudden brought out now? Judge is doing only what the law states and should have been done years ago. After all do you really think there is no copies out there? Watch and see how many copies start floating soon over this thing called the world wide web.
